Pedregal Condos for Sale
Pedregal’s hillside setting puts condo buyers close to Cabo San Lucas while offering very different outlooks from one building to another. Compare a marina-facing residence with a higher hillside setting by the actual view, access and way you will use the property.

A location near downtown does not guarantee an easy walk: slopes, entrances and the route home matter. Check elevators, parking, terrace space and the facilities included with the specific condominium. Confirm HOA costs, rental permissions and any separate amenity or membership charges before comparing total ownership costs.

Compare the residence and the building
Start with the way you expect to use your condo. For full-time living, look at storage, parking, access from the street and the route to everyday services. For a seasonal home, ask who checks the residence while you are away and how maintenance is arranged.
A hillside address deserves a closer look at stairs, elevators and the walk from parking to the front door. Visit the actual terrace and living areas to assess privacy, sun exposure and the outlook. A view from one unit does not establish the view from another floor or building.
Ask what the HOA payment covers
Request the current dues, budget, reserve information and any planned assessments. Confirm responsibility for water storage, exterior maintenance and shared facilities. If you plan to rent, review the building’s rental rules and management arrangements before treating projected income as part of your budget.
